Request for FCS PK-8th Grade ENROLLMENT information

 

Here at Fremont Christian, we are dedicated to academic excellence and providing a challenging education that prepares students for the continued rigor they will face in high school. FCS has the desire to glorify God in all things while pursuing quality and excellence in every area, including academics, arts, athletics, and service. 

Our average class size is 16

Younger classes often use aide support creating an ideal teacher to student ratio. 

How to Enroll

Submit the Online Application
Student Requirements:
All 3yr PreK students must be 3 years old prior to September 1.
All 4yr PreK students must be 4 years old prior to September 1.
All Young 5s students must be 5 years old prior to Dec 1.
All Kinder students must be 5 years old prior to September 1.

School Records:
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Copies of report cards from previous school (if applicable)
• Set up FACTS account (see #3 below)

Immunization Requirements:
All students entering FCS must provide immunization records upon registration.

Guided Tour by Principal/Administrator
At some point in the enrollment process, our principal would like to show you around the school and answer your questions. This tour can be arranged before or after the application is completed.

Set up FACTS Family Portal Account
We use FACTS to manage all tuition payments. This helps families manage tuition payments easily and securely. The link to set up your account is located in the online application towards the end.

Any families choosing to apply for financial aid will pay a $40 non-refundable fee.

Complete Medical and Emergency Forms
Before the student attends their first day, we need important medical and emergency forms on file in the school office. See "enrollment forms" below

Get MHSAA Physical Form Completed (For Student Athletes 5th-8th grades)
The Physical Examination Form must be completed by your family physician. It must be submitted to FCS prior to participating in any practices or games.

06
Chromebook (for students 5th-8th grades)
Chromebook usage contract and assignment will be given on the first day of class.
